Refunds
Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis. To determine if you qualify for a refund, please submit a written notice to Allied Notary Appointment Services, LLC., P.O. Box 692665, Miami, FL 33269. After reviewing your request, we can determine your options. All refunds will incur a $30 processing fee. No refunds after 30 days of the order.
If Allied Notary Appointment Services, Inc. cannot process your order within 90 days from the date that your order was received due to a lack of information from you, we are no longer obligated to fulfill your order, and you will not be refunded.
Cancel or Change
Depending on where you are in the order process, you may or may not be able to cancel or change your order. Depending on where you are in the order process, Inc. tries to process orders as soon as possible. If your order status says “processed,” then it is too late to cancel your order. If you think you made a mistake with your order, please contact us directly at (305) 503-5783 for further assistance. All cancellations will incur a $30 processing fee.
Credit Card charge-back will not be allowed once the application is submitted to the state for processing.
The electronic orders, like the E-Notary Seal, are not refundable or exchangeable.
Notary Stamps Replacement Policy
All appointed Notary Public in the State of Florida are responsible for verifying that their information is correct on the stamp and the embosser seal before using them.
Notary Stamps, official notary certificates, a copy of E&O Insurance policy, or any additional notary supply are replaceable at no cost for up to 60 days after the purchase date, and an additional re-processing fee will be charged for a replacement stamp or certificate, depending upon the type of package that you ordered. Afterwards, a new additional notary stamp, a duplicate notary certificate, and a copy of the E&O Insurance policy can be purchased at NotarySupplies.
If the stamp or official notary certificate has been delivered to an address that is no longer your residence or returned to sender, or is deemed unrecoverable, a re-processing fee will be charged for a new stamp or certificate, depending upon the type of package that you ordered. All returned checks or credit card charge-backs will have an additional charge of $45 for Aaron Notary’s Processing Fees.
